The Carlton is a refined English Regency style chair, inspired by the work of Gillows of London, characterized by its curving and counter-curved back and sweeping sabre-form rear legs. The turned front legs are tapered with continuous, subtle fluting all around, terminating in a ball foot.
A versatile chair that pairs equally well with antique or modern settings, the Carlton embodies the enduring appeal of Regency design—graceful, disciplined, and quietly expressive.
Shown here in mahogany and upholstered in Bramble - Chroma from Rebecca Atwood, the Carlton may be customized in a range of finishes and COM fabrics to suit both traditional and transitional interiors. Armchairs also available.
